We are delighted to announce that R&W Scott Ltd is now an accredited Living Hours Employer. This means that the relevant members of staff working for R&W Scott are entitled to:
➡ Decent notice periods for shifts, of at least 4 Weeks
➡ A contract that reflects the hours you regularly work
➡ A guaranteed minimum of 16 hours of work per week
R&W Scott's commitment to Living Hours builds upon our existing Living Wage accreditation to provide our staff with the security and stability of hours they need to meet their everyday needs. The standard has been developed to ensure that people have the predictable working patterns and income to better plan their lives. The cost of living crisis means this basic security in earnings is even more important as we go forward.
R&W Scott is one of the first employers to implement this new standard and become an accredited Living Hours Employer - we are in the top 32 companies across the UK and top 15 in Scotland to become accredited.
