Reformul8 Partnership with FDF Scotland

We are pleased to announce that R&W Scott Ltd have joined the Reformul8 Partnership with FDF Scotland. The Reformulation for Health programme has awarded us funding through the Reformul8 Challenge Fund to invest in reformulation.

Clare McNeil, Commercial Director, said:

“R&W Scott were delighted to receive maximum funding from FDF Scotland’s Reformul8 Challenge Fund. As part of our ongoing efforts to offer healthier alternatives, we have been exploring reformulation options. Our aim is to reduce fat and sugar levels whilst not compromising on taste or texture; and we believe this funding will be instrumental in driving these projects forward.

The Reformul8 Fund will enable us to invest in new equipment to further enhance our current processes and take ideas from concept through to launch, ultimately a replacement offering to our existing products for current and new customers. We trust that the reformulation improvements will support the growing demand for healthier products across the food industry.
