With a career spanning 15 years in the food and drink industry, Edinburgh-born and educated Anna Finlay joins R&W Scott with a focus on customer management, product innovation and distribution in the foodservice and retail sectors. Since joining, Anna has been instrumental in securing a Scotland-wide Tesco listing of the company’s core Scottish jam brand.

Anna started out at The John Lewis Partnership on the graduate programme in Scotland then moved to Scottish Brewers for five years in the role of brand marketing manager for brands including McEwan’s, Miller and Kronenbourg 1664. Anna joined VION Food Group (formerly Grampian Country Food Group) where she handled the commercial side of the business for nearly ten years.

As Head of Operations at R&W Scott, Mark Dickson oversees site operations across the business. Mark Dickson has held a number of senior management positions in the food industry. He joined R&W Scott from Allied Bakeries where he was Continuous Improvement Manager for the Northern Region with a responsibility for delivering operational excellence across the business and supporting key brands such as Allinson, Kingsmill and Burgen.

Prior to Allied Bakeries, Mark worked in operations at Burtons Foods based in Edinburgh responsible for contract manufacturing and core brands including Viscount, Royal Edinburgh Shortbread and Lyons.
